Campaigns
Population cards in the Campaign Audience tab were being cut off with no way to scroll. All population cards are now fully visible and scrollable.
The Participants page on campaigns now auto-updates the Completed column in real time as respondents and agents progress through a campaign, eliminating the need for manual page refreshes.
Agents
Adding or removing agents from a conversation no longer causes the chat to jump or unexpectedly shift scroll position.
Conversations
Videos attached from datasets conversations
Previously, agents were not recognizing videos attached through datasets. This is now fixed.
When a video is uploaded to a dataset, it is automatically transcribed.
Video upload false "too large" error - Uploading a video to a conversation no longer incorrectly reports the file as too large when it is within the allowed size.
When a video is uploaded directly to a conversation, the agent now analyzes the video itself, not just a transcript. This allows the agent to understand visual and audio elements, not just spoken words.
Workflows
Videos attached from datasets in workflows:
Previously, agents were not recognizing videos attached through datasets. This is now fixed.
When a video is uploaded to a dataset, it is automatically transcribed.
Start/cancel race condition — Canceling a workflow run and immediately starting a new one no longer leaves the workflow stuck in a broken state requiring a page refresh.
Empty task output with sources — When sources are added to a workflow, agents now correctly populate their task output boxes with substantive content rather than only the introductory line.
New Features and Enhancements
Sign-In / Sign-Up Autofocus
Input fields on the sign-in and sign-up pages now auto-focus on load, reducing friction for users entering their credentials.
Bug Fixes
Dark Mode
The filters panel in the humans section of People now fully supports dark mode with correct background colors and readable text
File Uploads & Media
Image indexing reliability - Intermittent failures where the agent could not work with an uploaded image due to indexing delays have been resolved
Image Studio reset state - Clicking Reset in Image Studio now correctly clears the tool state, allowing new areas to be marked immediately without requiring additional clicks
Miscellaneous
Logout reliability - Occasional failures where clicking logout redirected the user to the Dashboard instead of logging the user out have been resolved
