Welcome to a quick and easy guide on getting started with Vurvey. Let's cover the basics so you can get in and start sending your own vurvey as quick as possible!

This article will cover these topics:

Your workspace should have been created for you. You can always double-check your email to look for your login credentials.

It should look something like this:
โ€‹

Don't worry if some of the information looks a little different! You will soon enough have your own creators and will be able to build your own campaigns to provide valuable data and insights.

Terminology:

  • People

Your "Audience" is all of the collaborators who have been brought in or who have asked to participate in your workspace. They are your co-creators who want to answer campaign questions and help provide insight into your concepts and product ideas. They also have their own log-in and can create a profile. They can be invited in through your workspace under the "Audience" tab.

  • Campaigns

This is where your workspace lands when you navigate to Vurvey.com and select "Manage Brand". You'll immediately see spaces containing of all the screeners and campaigns that have been created and those that are live, closed, or in draft mode. We are working on ways to filter the view of all your campaigns a little better- hang tight! A "Campaign" is a concept or product testing we do through a survey, however, we include video responses - that's why we are called Vurvey (video survey)!

  • Screeners: Screeners help you collect the right users and data for campaigns. They have the exact look and feel of a campaign. It's used to collect demographics like age, gender, geographical location, etc. but you can also add questions to get a more specific creator to take campaigns. For example, if you are searching for people who suffer from acne because you want to test a new skincare product on acne users- you can do that with a screener! You can create a new campaign or access a template for a screener or campaign by clicking this box on the left-hand side of your screen.

You can also click the "Template" link here or in the upper toolbar to see all the templates available to you.

  • Engagements

Here we measure the total number of responses from your community members. That means any answer you've received from a member to any question inside a screener or campaign will be calculated and added here. The more engagements, the more insights you can receive!

  • Insights:

This is the total number of video minutes we have collected from video responses inside your vurveys (this is a type of question and we will get to that later!)

We're looking forward to seeing what you can do with Vurvey! If you have any issues following these steps please shoot us a message through the yellow bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen, or send us an email at [email protected]
