There may be times where you find yourself working with the same audience multiple times. Vurvey's "Audience" feature is very handy for this scenario!
This article will walk you through how to add contacts, and create segments. Let's jump in!
Step 1: Click on “Audience” on the Navigation Sidebar
Step 2: Click on “Add Creators” on the right side of the screen in purple.
Step 3: Add as many email addresses as you would like separated by a comma (i.e. [email protected], [email protected]) and click add contacts.
Once you have completed these steps, you will see all of the contacts you’ve entered on the “All People” page.
Now let’s walk through one of Vurvey’s most valuable features, Segments.
Segments allow you to target specific audiences to get the feedback that means the most to you and your audience!
Creating a Segment is extremely simple.
Step 1: Click on the Audience tab of the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Once clicked, you will see this screen
Step 2: On the Audience page toolbar, click "Lists & Segments".
Step 3: Depending on if you want to edit Lists or Segments, select the correct option from the dropdown menu highlighted below:
Step 4: Click "New Segment" on the right side of the screen in the purple button.
Step 5: Give your segment a name and select if you'd like to have a segment with community members that fit certain criteria.
After that, you will see your segment on the List & Segments page!
