You want to delete your account. We are sad to see you go, but we will show you the steps necessary in order to leave the Vurvey platform.
The first step is to login to your account at community.vurvey.com
The second step is to click the gear icon to the right of your tag. This will take you to the Settings screen.
The third step is to scroll to the bottom of this page, where you will see a red "Delete My Account" button.
The last step is to click "Delete My Account" and follow the prompts that may appear.
You will stop receiving all Vurvey emails and your account will be deleted.
Data and Privacy
We keep some of your data even after you delete your account.
If you choose to delete your Vurvey account, your personal information will stop being visible to others on our platform immediately.
We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and prevent fraud and abuse. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed. Responses associated with closed accounts will show an unknown user as the source.
