When watching videos, users can display subtitles. In addition, English captions are generated for non-English campaigns. To display the subtitles, select the three ellipses within the video player then ‘Captions’.

Users have the ability to upload a video file so it can be included as a clip within a reel. The supported file formats are the same as the Video File upload question type.

When highlighting text within a transcript, under Highlight and Add to Reel, the ability to create a new reel is available.
