When publishing a reel, use the language code of the first clip to produce transcripts. This improves captions for reels that contain non-English clips. Only the first clip is considered when determining the language.

Standardize display name for creators. Change names displayed on all video cards and anywhere first name or last name/initial is shown to be creator tags + first name last initial instead.
