Assuming you have already set up your Tremendous API and everything is connected (you can read how to do that here if you have not set it up yet) let's go over how to pay out the respondents to your Vurvey's.

First, you want to go to the Rewards section of your workspace by clicking on your brand name in the top left of your workspace and selecting Rewards from the menu that pops up.

Next, you want to select the campaign that you want to pay respondents for completing. You do this using the drop down campaign selector and finding the campaign youw ant to pay out.

Then to make sure you only pay people who completed the survey, you want to make sure the Completes Only box is checked next to the campaign selector.

Now that you are showing the list of people who completed this survey, you can select them all using the checkbox on the left of the list. This will cause the "Send Rewards" Button to appear on the top right of the screen.

After clicking the Send Rewards button, a modal will pop up which will auto-calculate the individual reward per person, the total for all payments and will show you that it is using the default payment methods you set up in your Tremendous template. Just click "Pay ($XXX.XX)" button and your payments will be sent! It is that easy!

When outsourcing payments to an employee or third-party vendor, you can maintain budget controls and prevent accidental large withdrawals or payments by setting up a review and approval process within your Tremendous account. This feature allows you to oversee and authorize payment requests before they are processed, ensuring that all transactions align with your intended budget and spending strategy.
